Velvet Voice provides AI-powered voice companion services for consenting adults (18+) seeking tasteful fantasy role-play conversations.
- AI Service: You are interacting with artificial intelligence, not human operators
- Fantasy Only: All conversations are fictional role-play scenarios
- Phone-Based: Service delivered via telephone calls to provided numbers
- Consent-First: Boundary setting and safeword support included
- Multiple Modes: PG-13, Suggestive, and Explicit (with verification)
Eligibility & Age Requirements
- 18+ Only: You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
- Legal Capacity: You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement
- Jurisdiction: You must be located in a jurisdiction where this service is legal
- Verification: Additional verification required for Explicit mode access
- False Information: Providing false age or identity information will result in immediate termination
Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Uses

- Using the service for illegal activities
- Attempting to arrange real-life meetings or services
- Harassing or threatening behavior
- Commercial use without authorization
Payment & Billing
- Per-Minute Billing: Charges based on actual call duration
- Rate Disclosure: Current rates displayed before call connection
- Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards and approved payment processors
- No Stored Payment: Card numbers not transmitted or stored during calls
- Billing Disputes: Contact support within 30 days of charge
- Refund Policy: Refunds considered on case-by-case basis for technical issues
- Taxes: Additional taxes and fees may apply based on location
Service Availability & Limitations
- Availability: Service availability may vary by location and time
- Technical Issues: We are not liable for network or technical failures
- Call Quality: Quality depends on phone network and device
- Service Updates: Features and availability subject to change
- Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt service
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Violation of our Safety & Consent Policy
- Providing false information
- Fraudulent payment activity
- Illegal activity or abuse
- Non-payment of charges
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Termination does not waive payment obligations for services already received.
